Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask application. Administer specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and oxygen facials. Conduct comprehensive skin analysis consultations to identify skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and product solutions. Educate clients on skincare best practices, product ingredients, and personalized home care routines. Maintain a pristine and sanitary treatment room, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards. Stay current with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and product innovations through ongoing education and training. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals. Promote and sell spa services and retail skincare products. Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery. Uphold the luxury brand standards and guest experience of the spa. Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician license in the state of California. High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited esthetics program. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician, preferably in a high-end spa or salon environment. Proficiency in a wide range of facial techniques, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare modalities. In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and ingredients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to provide a professional, relaxing, and personalized client experience.
