Aesthetician (Commission Based)

Role

Licensed aesthetician who is confident with hands-on skincare treatments and excited to grow with a luxury, high touch practice. This role is primarily commission based, allowing flexibility while ensuring high earning potential. You'll performed customized facials, dermaplaning, and -- once trained -- microneedling and chemical peels.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality facials and dermaplaning services
• Provide microneedling and chemical peel treatments once trained and certified
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes for every visit
• Educate patients on aftercare, skincare routines, and ongoing treatment plans
• Support retail education and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and treatment protocols
• Arrive prepared and ready for scheduled clients
• Collaborate with the B.Free team to support a consistent, high-quality patient experience

Requirements

• Active NY State Aesthetician License
• Experience with facials and dermaplaning
• Interest in (or prior experience with) microneedling and chemical peels
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
• Comfortable working on an as-needed basis based on booked clients
• Passion for skincare, patient education, and delivering excellent results
• Skilled in social media management to boost brand visibility and attract new clients

Rewards (Compensation)

• 30% commission on all completed treatments
• 10% commission on all retail skincare sales
• Hours are based on scheduled patients; employees are typically only scheduled when appointments are booked
• Any time worked outside of service hours (team meetings, training, admin needs, etc) are paid at the hourly minimum wage of $16.50

Results (KPIs)

• Maintain a 90%+ patient satisfaction rating
• Strong rebooking rate (goal: 50%+ rebooked appointments)
• Consistent retail performance aligned with the 10% commission structure
• 100% accuracy in treatment charting and documentation
• Full adherence to sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols
• Steady growth in treatment volume as the patient base increases
