Medical Aesthetician and Spa Administration

We are a high end Laser and Skin Care Spa located in Midtown Manhattan.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have a NYS esthetics license and a minimum of 5 years experience working in the medical spa field.
• Exceptional skills in delivering Medical Spa Services including, Hydrafacial, VI Chemical Peel, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Pigmentation and Vascular Treatments, Radio Frequency Microneedling, Medical Facials, Body Treatments, and Intimate Body Bleaching.
• Knowledge of Plasma Fibroblast, and Clear and Brilliant are a plus.
• Candidate should be well versed in treating all skin tones and types, inclusive of Fitzpatrick scale 1 through VI.
• Experience in delivering a luxury spa treatments inclusive of lymphatic facial and body massage. Buccal fat (intraoral) facial massage, oxygen therapy, LED light therapy.

Job Requirements Aesthetics

• Provide in-depth client consultations. Must be well-versed in creating and selling comprehensive, customized treatment plans for clients.
• Must have knowledge of contra-indications associated with a specific treatments and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Ability to educate clients on proper pre and post treatment care and follow-up with clients after their treatments.
• Skincare Product knowledge and the ability to educate clients on the proper use of home care regimens.
• Deliver professional, reliable and client focused care. Uphold all health, safety and licensing standards.
• Maintain a clean, and organized working environment.

Job Requirements: Administration

• Knowledge of Mindbody software is a plus
• Check-in clients for services, prebook clients for their next appointment
• Follow up on new client leads: Phone, text and email
• Schedule and provide comprehensive client consultations
• Follow up with clients after their treatment in the spa. Create a warm, and nurturing experience.

Full and Part Time Positions are Available

Compensation

$ 25 to $ 30 per hour plus commission and tips, and paid vacation.
