Job Summary of Elite Stylist

This position is focused on delivering expert level hair and beauty services while enhancing the overall guest experience. The role involves consulting with guests, recommending services and products, and performing a wide range of advanced salon services. Emphasis is placed on achieving performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Elite Stylist

• Provide a full range of salon services including design, cut, color, texture, treatments, styling, perms, keratin, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Achieve or exceed $1900 average weekly service sales and other productivity goals by delivering high-quality guest service.
• Drive retail sales through personalized product recommendations and in-salon demonstrations.
• Participate in marketing events and promotions to engage guests and promote services.
• Stay informed about new trends and products to enhance service offerings and consultations.
• Build strong guest relationships and provide tailored service and retail recommendations.
• Collaborate with peers and brand partners to support an inclusive, team driven salon culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment in compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures.

Qualifications and Experience of Elite Stylist

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Relevant salon experience is required.
• Expertise in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.
• Comfortable using salon equipment and chemicals for technical services.
• Proficient in recommending and selling professional beauty products.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a focus on building repeat clientele.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

Hourly pay ranges from $16.35 to $23.60.
