Salon Assistant (hairstylist in training)

Thrīv Salon is looking for a Salon Assistant (Stylist-in-Training) to join our team and start building a career as a professional hairstylist.

This is more than a “shampoo and clean” role , it’s a hands-on learning opportunity to gain experience, mentorship, and exposure to all aspects of running a successful salon.

What You’ll Do

• Assist stylists with hair services, prep, and client care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Support inventory, product organization, and retail sales
• Participate in hands-on training and continuing education
• Learn color, cutting, and styling techniques from experienced stylists
