This role plays a key part in day-to-day sales operations, customer communication, order processing, creation of sales sheets and account support. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in the beauty and personal care industry. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks Process wholesale orders accurately, including order entry, confirmations, and follow-ups Communicate with wholesale customers regarding pricing, product availability, promotions, and order status Assist with account setup, maintenance, and documentation Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Prepare sales reports, customer summaries, and basic forecasts as needed Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and product catalogs Assist with trade shows, promotions, and new product launches Handle inbound sales inquiries and route opportunities to the appropriate sales representative Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when necessary Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM or order management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, customer-focused attitude Interest in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care products Qualifications Experience in wholesale distribution or B2B sales Familiarity with inventory management, pricing structures, and promotions Trade show or showroom experience What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding cosmetics business Exposure to national and international beauty brands Collaborative and fast-paced work environment 401K
