The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager / Product Development professional to fully own skin care programs from concept through mass production. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role ideal for someone who understands how to develop, cost, package, and manufacture skin care specifically for the off-price channel.

You’ll manage products A–Z, including concepting, ingredient storytelling, packaging execution, artwork approvals, and factory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to production and delivery
• Develop trend-driven ingredient stories aligned with value pricing
• Lead packaging, component, and pack-out decisions for off-price retail
• Manage domestic and overseas factories (pricing, MOQs, timelines, quality)
• Oversee sampling, revisions, pre-production, and final approvals
• Maintain production timelines and proactively resolve issues
• Partner with Creative on packaging design and artwork approvals
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Leadership on customer needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of skin care production and product development experience
• Required: experience producing for off-price/value retailers (Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of skin care formulations, actives, and packaging
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing multiple SKUs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
