AOE Barbershop is a well-established, high-traffic barbershop with over 9 years in business, known for professionalism, consistency, and a strong team culture. We are currently seeking licensed barbers who take pride in their craft and are looking to grow in a busy, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality barbering services
• Deliver professional and consistent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Be punctual, reliable, and professional
• Follow shop standards and policies

Experience

• Previous experience working in a professional barbershop preferred
• Comfortable performing men’s haircuts and beard services consistently
• Ability to work in a walk-in and appointment-based environment
• Experience managing client flow during busy hours is a plus
• Strong understanding of shop professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service
• Note: New graduates must be licensed or actively apprenticing and ready to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
