Our e-commerce team, Nordstrom Direct, ensures that customers experience the same great fashion and service on Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com as they expect in our stores. This team works throughout the company to deliver great shopping through cutting-edge technology.

A day in the life...

The flex hair and makeup artist is responsible for hair and make-up for the selling photography on the Nordstrom websites.

Stay current on hair styling, makeup trends and techniques to achieve high quality results
Provide hmu per model's specific customer segment
Support multiple creative partners to produce high quality results that fulfill the creative direction
Ensure effective approach in hair styling technique for a variety of different hair lengths, textures and wigs to support the creative vision
Strong knowledge of the impact of lighting on hair and make-up in studio photography and on location

Show commitment to team through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
Demonstrate productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results

You own this if you have...

Minimum 5 years experience in hair and make-up styling & men's grooming for fashion photography
Familiar with the fast-paced studio environment
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
** This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work ***
