Esthetician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, hydrafacials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal
• Operate body contouring equipment safely and effectively
• Develop and customize treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations with clients to ensure satisfaction and comfort
• Monitor and maintain inventory of esthetic supplies and skincare products
• Educate clients on homecare routines and recommend retail products to enhance treatment results
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Esthetician License (Required)
• Certification and experience in laser hair removal and microneedling
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Must be available part-time (flexible hours; ideal availability on weekdays and some Saturdays)

Schedule

• 2 days per week (flexible)
• 2 Saturdays a month 9-2pm
