Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of innovative skincare products. Formulate new skincare products, optimizing for efficacy, stability, and sensory experience. Oversee product testing, including stability and compatibility studies. Work with contract manufacturers to scale up production and ensure quality. Ensure compliance with all relevant cosmetic regulations. Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredient sourcing, and development progress. Evaluate raw materials and finished products. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in skincare product development. Extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes. Proven ability to develop successful and innovative skincare products. Understanding of regulatory requirements for cosmetic products. Excellent sensory evaluation and analytical skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
