Senior Esthetician & Skincare Specialist

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments, while also offering personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive skin analysis and provide personalized consultations to clients. Administer a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy. Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend suitable skincare products. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product preferences. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and common areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the esthetics and skincare industry. Contribute to product knowledge and inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Assist in training and mentoring junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Upsell services and retail products effectively, meeting sales targets. Create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere for all clients. Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, with a focus on advanced treatments and client care. Proven expertise in performing a wide range of facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions. In-depth knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients, and product formulations. Experience with medical-grade skincare products and treatments is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide a personalized, high-touch experience. Strong sales aptitude and ability to recommend products and services effectively. Professional demeanor and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the spa's schedule. Certification in specific modalities (e.g., laser, advanced peels) is a plus.
