You will also be responsible for educating clients on proper home care routines and recommending suitable product lines. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior estheticians, contribute to treatment protocol development, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and client safety are maintained. Performing comprehensive skin assessments and diagnosing skin conditions. Developing and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Administering a variety of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, peels, and resurfacing procedures. Operating and maintaining advanced skincare equipment and technologies. Educating clients on product selection and at-home skincare regimens. Maintaining detailed client records and treatment progress notes. Ensuring a sterile and safe treatment environment in compliance with all regulations. Mentoring and guiding junior estheticians and spa staff. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician in the state of Illinois. 5+ years of experience as a practicing esthetician, with a strong focus on advanced treatments. Proven expertise in medical-grade skincare treatments and technologies. Deep knowledge of skin physiology, anatomy, and common skin concerns. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills. Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele. Certification in laser treatments, chemical peels, or other specialized modalities is highly desirable. A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
