As a Senior Aesthetician, you will be a key contributor to the spa's reputation for excellence, offering a range of cutting-edge aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Deliver a wide array of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, advanced exfoliation techniques, and facial massage. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as laser treatments, IPL, radiofrequency, and cryotherapy devices (training provided for specific devices if needed). Develop and implement personalized skincare treatment plans for clients, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction. Educate clients on skincare best practices, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term skin health. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product purchases. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and product innovations in the beauty and wellness industry. Adhere to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Upsell and cross-sell spa services and retail products, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client. Potentially mentor and train junior aestheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Assist in inventory management for skincare products and supplies.

Qualifications

Licensed Aesthetician in the state of California. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Aesthetician, with a proven track record of success. Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities. Proficiency in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating aesthetic equipment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations. Strong sales skills and experience in retail product sales. Aesthetic certifications in specialized treatments (e.g., laser, chemical peels, micro-needling) are a significant plus. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
