Provide expert advice on various skin conditions, ingredients, and treatment options. Educate clients on proper product application techniques and at-home treatment protocols. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking progress and adjusting recommendations as needed. Stay current with the latest trends, innovations, and scientific advancements in the skincare and aesthetics industry. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on existing and new product formulations. Create engaging educational content, such as blog posts, social media updates, or video tutorials, related to skincare. Assist clients in navigating the company's online platform and making informed purchasing decisions. Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and trust. Achieve set targets for client satisfaction and consultation conversion rates. Troubleshoot client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Uphold the company's commitment to providing exceptional, personalized beauty experiences. Qualifications: Valid and current Esthetician license in any US state. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing Aesthetician in a spa, clinic, or salon setting. Proven expertise in various skin types, conditions (acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, aging), and ingredients. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport virtually. Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and CRM software. Ability to translate complex scientific information into easily understandable advice for clients. Strong sales and consultative skills, with a focus on client well-being. A passion for skincare and a genuine desire to help others achieve their skin goals. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Tech-savviness and comfort with digital platforms and online tools. Aesthetic certification or specialized training in advanced skincare treatments is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
