Lead Esthetician & Skincare Specialist - Remote

This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare science, a knack for digital consultation, and a desire to lead by example in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will possess an esthetician license in good standing, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in performing a wide range of facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations. You will be responsible for guiding clients through their skincare journeys via virtual consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting detailed virtual skin assessments, analyzing client concerns, and recommending appropriate professional treatments and at-home skincare regimens using our client's product line. You will create educational content, such as blog posts, video tutorials, and social media tips, to empower clients with knowledge about skincare best practices. As a lead, you will also mentor and train other remote estheticians, ensuring consistent quality of service and adherence to brand standards. This role involves staying current with the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and treatment modalities, and translating this knowledge into practical advice for clients and the team.

The Lead Esthetician will contribute to product development feedback, offering insights based on client interactions and professional expertise. You will manage client appointments, maintain detailed client records in our CRM system, and ensure seamless communication throughout the client's experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount, as is the ability to build trust and rapport with clients through digital channels. Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician in good standing. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing esthetician, with a strong background in performing various facial treatments and skin analysis. Proven expertise in diagnosing skin conditions and recommending effective skincare solutions. Excellent knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and treatment protocols. Exceptional virtual consultation and client communication skills. Experience creating educational skincare content (written, visual). Strong understanding of digital tools for client management and communication (CRM, video conferencing). Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting. Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in mentoring others is highly desirable.
