Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and hydradermabrasion. Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Lead and mentor a team of estheticians, providing ongoing training and performance management. Develop and implement new service protocols and treatment menus to stay ahead of industry trends. Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment. Educate clients on product recommendations and at-home skincare routines. Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and techniques. Contribute to marketing efforts by providing expertise for social media content and promotional materials. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: State-issued Esthetician license in good standing. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, dermatological conditions, and various treatment methodologies. Proven ability to perform advanced skincare treatments with precision and expertise. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience with inventory management and procurement. A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning. Certification in specialized treatments (e.g., laser, injectables) is a plus.
