You will be responsible for performing a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies, while also developing personalized skincare regimens for clients. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the treatment rooms, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols, and maintaining inventory of skincare products and supplies. You will also play a key role in training new staff members, sharing your expertise in product knowledge and treatment techniques. The Lead Aesthetician will collaborate with the management team to introduce new services and products, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations. Exceptional client consultation skills are paramount, enabling you to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business. A strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and their effects on various skin types and conditions is essential.
