Responsibilities

Perform a variety of high-quality facial and skincare treatments. Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations to understand client needs. Develop and recommend personalized skincare plans and product suggestions. Administer waxing services with precision and care. Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and product usage. Maintain a thorough knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends. Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Assist with maintaining inventory and managing appointment schedules.

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license in California. Proven experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a spa or salon setting. Expertise in performing various facial treatments, peels, and waxing. Strong knowledge of dermatology, skin analysis, and product ingredients. Excellent client service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
