Role Description

We are seeking a talented Hairstylist for a full-time, on-site role at our Chicago, IL location. As a Hairstylist at Wave of Lake, you will provide a range of professional hair care and styling services to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, performing haircuts, color treatments, and styling, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace while delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and related techniques
• Cosmetology training and a valid cosmetology license
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effective client interaction
• Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry
• Previous experience in a salon environment is a plus
