We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will be responsible for performing various treatments while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, with additional skills in advanced beauty techniques like lash extensions.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and deep tissue massages.
Apply high-quality lash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid) with precision.
Perform lash lifts, tints, and other eye-enhancing treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Manage client appointments effectively, providing excellent hospitality throughout their visit.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics industry to offer clients the best services available.

Skills

Must be a licensed esthetician in [CA].
Proven experience in lash extensions (certification preferred).
Knowledge of current beauty trends and esthetic practices.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a smooth workflow in the salon environment.
