Skin Care Store Representative

As a full-time Skincare Store Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic, upbeat, and creative team at our dermatology practice. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient service and hospitality, supported by your outstanding knowledge and dedication.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude. If you are a "people person" who can build and maintain relationships with customers and patients, you are exactly who we are looking for.

While two years of experience in skincare product and/or retail sales is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, computer use, and office equipment is required, along with strong writing and oral communication skills. Prior dermatology and aesthetic experience is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities include

• Consulting and educating patients on appropriate skincare regimens based on provider recommendations and treatment plans.
• Ensuring patient satisfaction with products and understanding of their use.
• Confirming that patients receive proper skincare instructions and answering all questions. Completing store and web transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating with providers and management, serving as a resourceful liaison for patients.
• Upholding high standards of excellence by adhering to policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
