Key Responsibilities

Source and generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates for salon positions

Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications

Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate recruitment records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems

Licensed Cosmetologist or Cosmetology Instructor preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
