Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Hairstylist located in Summit, NJ. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair styling and care services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments for a diverse client base. They will consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, managing appointments efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care techniques
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Possession of a valid cosmetology license
• Ability to stay updated with current hair trends and techniques
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service
• Prior experience in a salon environment would be beneficial
