Seeking Tanning Consultant and Esthetician/Cosmetologist with Eyelash extension experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must have airbrush/spraytan and EYELASH EXTENSION experience. VALID NEW YORK ESTHETICIAN and/or COSMETOLOGY LICENSE REQUIRED WITH LASER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED AND WILLING TO LEARN BODY SCULPTING.

Currently looking to fill a position for salon attendant with the potential for advancement to salon assistant manager. Must be able to commute to both locations. We are searching for a talented and motivated individual that can assume the responsibility for the day to day operations, as well as maintain our reputation of excellence and customer care. To be successful in this role, you should be interested in beauty trends, have experience in the beauty industry and familiar with salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and clean salon.
• Opening and closing of business.
• Customer consultations/customer service.
• The sanitizing of equipment.
• Will have to learn or currently have the ability to spray tan/airbrush and provide teeth whitening and tooth gem services in addition to body sculpting and contouring services.
• Daily social media posting/promotion.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping etc etc.

Requirements

• Be able to work at both salon locations located in Williamsburg and Marine Park.
• Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, and weekends with the ability to occasionally cover and switch with other employees on a per need basis.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills a must.
• UV certification must be taken before date of hire.
• Must be able to adhere to all NYC health department/Covid guidelines.

Pay negotiable with experience.
