Specialty Beauty Advisor

Job Description

As a Specialty Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the Lancme brand by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise, and maintaining overall store standards.

You will represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty and the Lancme brand to guests and support the Experience Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, offering samples, and recommending complementary products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Stay current on available prestige training to drive category performance.
