Skincare Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our Ulta Beauty team! Our Skincare Specialists play an essential role in providing excellent service and advice to our customers in order to keep them looking and feeling their best. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, results-driven, and has a passion for skincare products. Qualifications:• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills• Must have knowledge of common skincare and beauty products• Must have a valid cosmetology license• Must have prior retail experience • Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends • Must have a passion for skincare and beauty products

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their skincare and beauty product needs
• Provide knowledgeable advice on skincare and beauty products
• Utilize retail sales techniques to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare and beauty trends and products
• Take part in in-store events and promotions
• Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and displays
• Process payments and accurately maintain cash registers
• Assist with opening and closing of store
• Work evenings and weekends as needed
