OVERVIEW

As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will engage with guests by providing expert consultations on hair care needs and recommending suitable products and services. Your focus will be on delivering quality hair services and ensuring a comprehensive guest experience, while also supporting fellow team members through exceptional service performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, color treatments, styling, and makeup applications, all while meeting or exceeding productivity and sales goals.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and provide service recommendations that enhance their overall experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and support in-store promotions, ensuring each guest receives an unparalleled beauty experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to operational standards, including safety and sanitation protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Previous relevant experience in a salon environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in the latest hair techniques and product recommendations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Physically able to perform job duties, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
