POSITION SUMMARY

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you play a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Your focus on operational excellence will support our sales efforts, ensuring our guests find everything they need in a clean and organized environment. You'll partner closely with management to achieve key performance metrics while providing stellar service to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be expected to

Contribute to the sales goals by ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed appealingly.
Meet operational compliance through timely completion of tasks related to inventory and merchandise processing.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance to ensure store operations run smoothly.

ADHERE TO BEST PRACTICES

Maintain outstanding store standards, cleanliness, and organization across all areas, including the sales floor and backroom.
Execute various operational tasks, including reset merchandise displays and assisting with inventory management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred: High school diploma.
Previous retail or relevant experience is a plus, but we're excited to train the right candidates!
Technology-savvy; comfortable using basic digital tools and devices.

REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Ability to move around the store throughout your shift.
Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting items up to 25 lbs. as needed.

PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $24.50 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience with additional benefits available for eligible full-time and part-time associates.
