Position Overview

The Luxury Beauty Specialist (LBS) plays a vital role in maximizing sales within the prestigious beauty category, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. By engaging with guests and understanding their unique needs, you will assist them in selecting and purchasing premium products while maintaining high store standards. This role also supports the Sales Manager by focusing on performance, team culture, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and enhance guest loyalty through exceptional service and an engaging product experience.
• Welcome and assist guests, providing personalized recommendations and showcasing current promotions.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to elevate guest experiences.
• Book and facilitate in-store services and events that promote prestigious brands and drive sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and innovation to best serve our guests.
• Adhere to store policies and maintain cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license may be required by state law.
• A year of relevant retail experience is preferred.
• Strong passion for beauty products, excellent customer service skills, and ability to build lasting relationships.

Position Requirements

Flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend meetings and conferences as needed.

Physical Requirements

Frequent moving and standing throughout the store; ability to lift and manage products up to 10 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $25.50 per hour, with exact pay determined by various factors. Full-time positions offer benefits such as paid time off and health coverage, while part-time roles are eligible for select benefits.
