The key responsibility of this position is to deliver advanced beauty services and provide guests with exceptional experiences. This includes conducting personalized consultations, recommending products and services, and proficiently delivering salon treatments. The role assists in maintaining performance objectives, guest service standards, and compliance procedures, while fostering a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hair Artistry Lead:

• Offer a comprehensive range of salon services, which includes design, cutting, coloring, texture treatments, styling options, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing services where applicable.
• Exceed or achieve $1250 in average weekly sales through exceptional service provision and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Foster guest interaction by organizing live demonstrations of products and proposing relevant service options.
• Engage in store activities and promotions that are geared towards enhancing the overall experience of shoppers.
• Keep informed about beauty trends and products to offer relevant and informed consultations to your clients.
• Develop steadfast guest connections and advocate for Ulta Beauty’s loyalty campaigns and mobile application.
• Join forces with peers and the retail team to deliver a unified and comprehensive level of support to store visitors.
• Preserve a continuous adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the salon premises.
• Communicate effectively to fulfill supply needs and uphold cleanliness and preparedness standards in the salon and assigned areas.

Qualifications and Experience of Hair Artistry Lead:

• It is a requirement to have a live cosmetology license for this role.
• This position requires prior experience in a salon setting.
• Proficient in the art of haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and various advanced salon techniques.
• Demonstrates proficiency in using professional tools and high-grade salon products safely and accurately.
• Displaying adeptness in retail and communication skills, with a knack for educating clients and advising on product selections.
• Emphasizing customer satisfaction and fostering enduring connections.
• Adaptable and capable of supporting a range of business needs and schedules while working effectively with others.

Salary

Compensation can range from $15.00 up to $17.80 per hour.
