Job Summary of Elite Hairdresser

This position is focused on delivering expert level hair and beauty services while enhancing the overall guest experience. The role involves consulting with guests, recommending services and products, and performing a wide range of advanced salon services. Emphasis is placed on achieving performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Elite Hairdresser:

• Offering a wide variety of salon services including design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perms, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing where appropriate.
• Achieve or surpass the goal of $1900 in weekly service sales through the delivery of superior customer service.
• Drive retail sales by providing personalized product recommendations and interactive demonstrations in the salon.
• Engage with guests through marketing events and promotions to effectively promote and showcase services.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and products to improve the services you provide and consultations with clients.
• Strengthen guest connections by providing individualized service and personalized retail recommendations.
• Partner with peers and brand collaborators to cultivate a salon environment that is inclusive and team-focused.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant salon environment by complying with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Verify that company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures are strictly followed.

Qualifications and Experience of Elite Hairdresser:

• - A cosmetology license that is current is compulsory.
• Salon experience is a vital requirement.
• Specialization in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.
• Skilled at utilizing salon equipment and chemical products for technical purposes.
• Skilled in recommending and marketing professional beauty products.
• Dedication to enhancing customer interactions through excellent communication and guest service capabilities.
• Talent for working both independently and cooperatively within a team setting.
• Open to working a variable schedule which might include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

Hourly wages are set between $16.35 and $23.60.
