The Beauty Sales Consultant (BSC) plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. You will actively engage with customers to assess their unique beauty needs, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure they leave with the best products tailored to them. Whether it's performing makeup applications or conducting skincare analyses, your focus on guest satisfaction will be key to driving our business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance: Achieve or exceed store goals in retail and service sales by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized assistance.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome every guest with enthusiasm, offering tailored advice, sharing information about promotions, and recommending products that enhance their beauty needs.
• Service Execution: Book appointments and assist in executing in-store events that elevate the guest experience and support sales objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product launches and trends, and share this knowledge with guests to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing to guests through effective merchandising and replenishment.

COLLABORATION: Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and inclusive culture while driving business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail experience preferred but not required; passion for beauty and skincare is essential.
