As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will be at the forefront of this mission, engaging with guests to determine their individual needs and assisting them in selecting prestige merchandise that aligns with their beauty aspirations.

Prestige Category Expertise

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige category and iconic brands.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service to meet their unique needs, recommending complementary products and services, and informing them of current promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business and drive sales through knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on prestige and iconic brand products, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator's license required where applicable.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, communicate effectively, and work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

• Frequent mobility throughout the store during shift.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and twisting during shift.
• Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
