What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality men’s cuts, beard services, and grooming services
• Deliver exceptional client experience and uphold Truman’s standards
• Build and retain strong client relationships
• Recommend grooming products and educate clients on home care
• Maintain a polished, clean, and organized workstation
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• NY Barber license required
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Strong foundation in men’s cutting and grooming
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Passion for the craft and continued education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
