Position Summary

The District Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development across Tricoci’s 13 salon and spa locations. This individual will lead, coach, and support General Managers to ensure each location delivers exceptional client experiences, achieves financial goals, and upholds brand standards. The District Manager will serve as a key business partner, driving performance, growth, and consistency across all locations.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for 13 salon and spa locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, profitability, labor management, client satisfaction, and operational compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 13 General Managers to build high-performing teams and future leadership talent. Support ongoing leadership development and succession planning within each salon and spa.
  • Develop and motivate management staff to maintain teamwork and ensure maximum service/retail sales results.
  • Manage budgets, including revenue forecasting, labor planning, and expense control.
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery, cleanliness, and overall presentation across all locations.
  • Respond to escalated client issues and resolve them with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute district-level strategies that support company goals.
  • Lead operational initiatives, new program rollouts, and process improvements across locations.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven success in driving financial performance and operational excellence across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel required across Chicagoland locations and to HQ.
  • Expectation is a minimum of 4-5 days in the field visiting salons with weekend/night rotations as needed

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 6-10 years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
