About the Role

As a Creative Design Associate, you will unite your creative flair with a client-focused approach to support new physician accounts. You'll play a critical role in transforming their private label visions into reality through custom design work while aiding the sales team during the onboarding process.

You will work directly with physician offices, sales representatives, and internal production designers to provide a seamless and polished client experience that aligns with our brand. This role is ideal for an early-career creative who thrives on design, organization, and close client collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with new physician accounts to determine their style, branding, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Design custom master label concepts and coordinate revisions with internal production designers.
  • Act as a vital link between the Sales team, physician offices, and design/production teams to ensure clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Assist sales representatives by leading the creative elements of the onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Document onboarding details and project updates accurately within Salesforce.
  • Manage creative timelines and priorities, especially for new client deliverables.
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with doctors, practice managers, and sales representatives.
  • Quickly and proactively address design or setup issues as they arise.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, marketing support, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
  • A keen eye for design and branding, particularly for clean, professional, and elevated aesthetics.
  • Comfort in a sales-support setting and collaborating directly with clients.
  • Excellent project management abilities; adept at juggling multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, especially important when supporting medical professionals.
  • Polished and thoughtful communication skills.
