Salon Manager

The Vanity by Angelina is a Salon is a boutique salon focused on delivering a high-quality, professional experience for both clients and staff. We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure policies are followed, and maintain the standards that define our brand.

This role requires a strong leader who is organized, dependable, and comfortable enforcing structure and accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Enforce salon policies, procedures, and standards in a fair and professional manner
• Manage staff schedules, punctuality, and workflow
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met at all times
• Address staff and operational issues promptly and professionally
• Support the owner’s vision and ensure systems are followed consistently
• Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding operational needs
• Assist with bookings, front desk operations, and client flow as needed

Qualifications

• Previous salon, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident in enforcing policies and addressing performance issues
• Professional, reliable, and consistent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
