• *Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional skincare services, enhance client satisfaction, and promote overall wellness and confidence through personalized treatments. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of skincare techniques and products.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lash lifts+ tints, brow mapping + shaping and other related services.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and industry advancements.
• Assist in promoting services and products, including upselling when appropriate.
• Document treatments, client progress, and recommendations accurately.
• *Qualifications:**
• Valid Esthetician license in California.
• Proven experience as an esthetician or in a similar role (2+ years required).
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, treatments, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
