✨The Skin Prayer is a boutique skincare studio rooted in trust, skincare expertise, and intention. The space is thoughtfully curated to feel both beautiful and peaceful, creating a grounded experience for clients and a supportive environment for practitioners.

✨I’m opening my suite to a limited number of independent contractors who are motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow within a structured brand and established location.

✨This opportunity is ideal for someone who values autonomy while appreciating the support and visibility that comes with working inside a trusted boutique studio. The perfect candidate is unique in their craft, self directed & motivated, and loves to have fun but knows when to be professional .

✨This is not an employee role and not a guaranteed-client position.

Duties

• . Providing professional esthetic services, including:Lash lifts, lash services, waxing, facials, back facials, brow tints, microblading, lip tint, and vajacials (services approved based on experience and expertise)
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment space in accordance with state board standards
• Managing their own schedule, client communication, and rebooking
• Actively building, maintaining, and retaining their personal client base
• Showing up consistently on agreed-upon days and communicating professionally
• Using provided core supplies responsibly and supplying required personal tools
• Upholding the calm, intentional, and professional environment of The Skin Prayer
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building an online community of loyal clients.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and treatment benefits while fostering lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• Flat weekly rent: $200
• 30% commission on all services performed in the suite
• Contractor retains 70% of service revenue
• Core treatment supplies provided
• Contractors are responsible for personal tools

✨ Based on timing, availability, and overall alignment, there may be room for discussion. This reflects the general structure.

SCHEDULE

• Available days in the suite:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday
• Contractors set their own availability within these days
• Consistent days are required
• This is not an on-call or floating arrangement

CLIENTS & GROWTH

• The ideal candidate already has an existing client base and is looking to grow further within a structured brand and physical location
• Contractors are expected to actively build and maintain their own clientele
• My client base is accessible, though most existing clients are accustomed to seeing me
• Opportunity exists to:

• Retain existing clients for complementary services
• Grow visibility within a trusted, established studio
