About the Role
This role oversees end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including managing 3PL warehouse performance across operational issues, inventory accuracy, and other 3PL-related matters. The role also focuses on logistics cost optimization, including accurate cost and invoice entry, as well as managing logistics-related chargebacks. In addition, it supports warehouse-specific operational activities such as donations, disposals, returns, and other special inventory movements as needed.

Bilingual Korean/English proficiency is strongly preferred due to daily coordination with our Korea-based 3PL partners.
