Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Perform high-quality haircuts, colors, and highlights using proprietary tools and techniques.

• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service skills, including quality consultations and efficient service delivery.
• Administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.
