Store Director — Beauty

As our new Store Director you will lead client experiences and team training at our beauty service store located in Pasadena, CA. We seek someone with management experience in retail or salons who shares a passion for the beauty industry.

• Main responsibilities:
• Selecting and supervising staff members who embody excellent customer skills & strong work ethics.
• Leveraging operational initiatives to drive sales growth & profitability while maintaining high-quality standards across all aspects of store operations including inventory management , visual merchandising & loss prevention .
