Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive National Sales Associate to support sales operations across multiple brands and national accounts. This role plays a key part in order execution, inventory coordination, logistics support, promotions, and regulatory compliance, ensuring products move smoothly from warehouse to customer.

What You’ll Do
Order & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end order processes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Create and process Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Commercial Invoices
- Coordinate documentation and communicate with internal teams and partners
- Monitor inventory across multiple warehouses and containers to support fast turnaround
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts with the team
- Proactively identify inventory shortages and work with purchasing teams on solutions
Sales & Brand Support
- Act as a key point of contact for partner brands and internal sales teams
- Support pricing accuracy, product renewals, discontinuations, and assortment updates
- Assist with promotions, campaigns, and exclusive programs across accounts
- Help identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvements
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Track shipments and delivery schedules to meet customer and account needs
- Resolve delivery issues such as split shipments or trucking delays
- Coordinate shipment of product samples for new or renewed items
- Maintain organized shipping records (pick tickets, BOLs, confirmations)
Product Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate product documentation including SDS, COO, HS codes, and regulatory files
- Monitor compliance requirements such as MoCRA and Prop 65
- Track MAP issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Ensure MSRP consistency and address discrepancies promptly
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with headquarters, logistics, and internal teams on pricing and product updates
- Support alignment between brand partners and company objectives
- Assist with strategic initiatives related to sales operations and fulfillment
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and document management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order management, invoicing, inventory, or compliance processes
- Familiarity with regulatory or retail compliance requirements
- Exposure to promotions, marketing campaigns, or seasonal programs
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Bilingual in English and Korean (a plus, not required)

Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, office, or retail environments preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check required after a conditional offer, in accordance with applicable laws

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
