NYS Licensed Esthetician

Overview

We are seeking a licensed NYS Esthetician to join our dynamic and upscale spa and salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and exceptional guest service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize advanced esthetic techniques, manage client relationships, and contribute to a luxurious client experience in a professional environment dedicated to skin-health, beauty, and wellness. Candidates should be detail-oriented, highly communicative, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer care.

Duties

• Provide a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion and esthetic laser treatments.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize salon management software such as Boulevard for scheduling appointments, client records, and sales tracking.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and providing exceptional guest services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, specials, and client engagement.
• Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Assist with management tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

• Valid NYS Esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser treatments or medical spa procedures are a plus.
• Prior experience with Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, preferred.
• Experience working with salon management software such as Boulevard is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes is beneficial.
• Experience in retail sales, product demos, makeup application, nail care, hair styling or barbering is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
