Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience
• Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License
• Proficient in haircuts, blowouts, color services, highlights, balayage, keratin, treatments, and styling
• Social media presence and/or portfolio preferred
• Existing client base is a strong plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Must be legally allowed to work in United States
• Friendly, professional, punctual, and guest-focused
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset
