The Role: Junior Stylist & Wellness Assistant We are looking for a "Third Pillar" for our team—someone who loves textured hair and the "Inside-Out" beauty philosophy. This is a fast-track position designed to move you from assisting to behind the chair in our Session-Based model.

What We’re Looking For

• The Licensed Professional: You hold a NYS Cosmetology license with 2+ years of experience. College degree preferred.
• The Texture Expert: You have "experienced hands" capable of delivering a soothing hair bath, precise blow dry, and classic-to-trendy styling.
• The "Prescription" Mindset: You don’t "sell" products; you educate clients on the plant-derived tools they need to maintain their "SOFT" glow at home.
• The Content Creator: You maintain an active professional social media presence and understand that your digital portfolio is part of your craft.

Your Responsibilities (The Daily Flow)

• Elevated Consultations: Lead with a wellness-first approach to understand the client’s hair journey.
• Signature Services: Master our silk press and smoothing treatments using the latest technology and sustainable products.
• Session Management: Help manage the "Session-Based" flow, ensuring clients are relaxed and appointments stay on schedule.
• Retail Education: Achieve a $20+ retail-to-service ratio by prescribing our plant-based regimen.
• Growth: Participate in weekly 1-on-1 "Goal-Setting" sessions to track your path toward becoming a Lead Stylist.
