This is a true market-build role. The US launch is a strategic priority, with leadership visibility, clear objectives, and resources behind it.

You’ll own and grow Skintific’s offline (brick-and-mortar) retail business in the US, with defined decision rights and commercial accountability.

The role offers broad commercial exposure, working closely with retail partners and internal leadership on account strategy, new store rollouts, and expansion priorities.

This Role Is Designed For

  • You have 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or key accounts (beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods).
  • You have worked hands-on with US offline / physical retail.
  • You understand how the US retail landscape works and enjoy navigating it.
  • You are structured, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • You are comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
  • You are a US resident and legally authorized to work in the United States.
