Skin Spa New York (www.skinspanewyork.com) is an established lifestyle medical spa brand with multiple locations in New York City, Boston, and Miami. Skin Spa offers a full range of Skincare and Advanced Medical Spa Treatments including Injectables.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Spa Coordinator to join our team at Skin Spa New York, with a strong interest in building a long-term career within the medical spa industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and aesthetics, a keen attention to detail, and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts as well as be available for coverage shifts when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop within the field of medical aesthetics.

Requirements

• Med Spa experience preferred.
• Sales-driven.
• Experience with appointment booking software (Boulevard, Booker, MindBody, etc).
• Retail experience (2+ years).
• Proper grammar and phone etiquette skills.
• Clean and refined appearance.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• Team player.
• Leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities will include

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to promote retail, upsells, and packages to meet daily sales goals and expectations.
• Booking and confirming appointments.
• Directing clients during the checking-in and out process, including but not limited to communication with the back-of-house team.
• Ensuring cleanliness of spa and retail area and overall spa coordination.
• Handling client concerns with insight and poise.
• Handling a multi-line phone system.
• Handle various assignments simultaneously.

Compensation starting at $16.50/hour + Sales Commission.
