Laser hair removal technician

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated hair removal specialist who is experienced in laser hair removal and interested in providing both laser and electrolysis treatments. This role is ideal for a technician who wants to grow beyond laser alone and develop expertise in comprehensive hair removal solutions.

As part of our team, you will deliver safe, effective, and results-driven treatments using advanced technology while helping clients feel confident and well cared for. This is a paid position in a supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth. Electrolysis training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide electrolysis hair removal treatments or complete training to deliver electrolysis services confidently and safely.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess skin type, hair characteristics, and treatment goals.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, expected results, and long-term hair removal plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized treatment space in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recommend treatment plans, packages, and retail products to support client results and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid certification or license in cosmetology or esthetics; laser hair removal experience required.
• Experience with electrolysis is a strong plus, but training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
